Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Prepbazaar. We are committed to providing high-quality digital learning resources to support your “Practice to Perfection” journey.

As all our services are digital in nature and delivered immediately upon successful payment, this policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be considered.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products and services offered on Prepbazaar, including subscriptions, mock tests, quizzes, and previous year question (PYQ) modules, are classified as digital goods.

Once access to any digital content is granted or the content is unlocked in your account, the service is considered delivered and consumed. Therefore, refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or lack of usage after access has been granted.

2. Refund Eligibility (Limited Exceptions)

Refunds or payment corrections may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same product or subscription due to a technical error.
  • Access Failure: If payment is successful but access to the purchased content is not provided within 24 hours, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If there is verified evidence of fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method on our platform.

Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with content, exam outcomes, or partial usage of services.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund under the eligible scenarios listed above, you must:

  • Email us at support@prepbazaar.com
  • Use the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]
  • Include your Transaction ID, registered email address, and a valid proof of payment (such as a screenshot or receipt)

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card).

The credited amount typically reflects within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing timelines.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may stop using or discontinue your subscription at any time. However:

  • Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a partial or pro-rata refund.
  • Your access to subscribed content will remain active until the end of the current billing or validity period.

No refunds are issued for unused days or remaining access time.

6. Misuse & Policy Abuse

Prepbazaar reserves the right to reject refund requests if we detect misuse or abuse of this policy, including but not limited to:

  • Requesting refunds after consuming a significant portion of the content
  • Repeated refund requests across multiple purchases
  • Sharing accounts or login credentials in violation of our Terms & Conditions

Such actions may also result in account suspension or termination.
