Prepbazaar is a digital education platform offering online learning resources and exam preparation tools. As all products are digital in nature, no physical shipping is involved.
1. Nature of Products & Delivery
All products available on Prepbazaar, including but not limited to quizzes, mock tests, previous year question (PYQ) modules, and other study materials, are digital products.
No physical goods, printed materials, or tangible items are shipped to any physical address.
2. Delivery Method & Access Timeline
Delivery of digital products is handled electronically through your Prepbazaar account.
Once the payment is successfully completed:
- Instant Access: Purchased content is automatically activated and made available in your account dashboard or “My Courses” section.
- Email Confirmation: A payment confirmation and access notification are sent to your registered email address shortly after the transaction.
Users can log in anytime to access their purchased content during the validity period of their subscription or purchase.
3. Technical Delays
Although delivery is generally instant, in rare cases access may be delayed due to:
- Payment gateway processing delays
- Temporary server or system issues
- Network or connectivity interruptions
In such cases, access is typically resolved within 24 hours.

4. Shipping & Delivery Charges
As all products are delivered digitally via the internet, no shipping or delivery charges are applicable.
Shipping cost for all products is ₹0 (Zero INR).

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have:

- A compatible device (mobile, tablet, or computer)
- Valid login credentials to access their account
