- Previous Year Question (PYQ) compilations

are the exclusive intellectual property of Prepbazaar and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, reselling, sharing, or publicly displaying any content from the platform without prior written permission.
Access to content is granted only for personal, non-commercial educational use. Any form of redistribution, including sharing login access or downloading content for external use, is treated as a serious violation.
3. User Accounts & Security

Prepbazaar follows the principle of “Practice to Perfection” and strives to provide high-quality, accurate, and exam-oriented content. However, all content is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- We do not guarantee specific results such as exam selection, assured ranks, or marks.
- In case of any difference between our content and official notifications, question papers, or government sources (such as UPSC, SSC, State PSCs, etc.), the official source shall always be considered final.
Prepbazaar shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or its content.
6. Termination of Access
Prepbazaar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user access, without prior notice, if a user:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions
- Engages in content piracy or unauthorized sharing
- Attempts fraudulent payments or misuse of services
- Uses the platform in a manner harmful to the system or other users
Termination may occur without refund, and access to purchased content may be revoked.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Prepbazaar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
